Friendly service overall and parking onsite. Airy and functional room with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV for a really nice stay. Really good staff always on hand. Favourable and absolutely perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere.

Nice bar on-site, well-appointed and good-sized room with the bath and shower, as for instance. Great to have an attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

I have stayed in the double room with central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. The location is central. Balzano's Delicatessen with coffee & goodies is 100 metres walk away. Attached restaurant is pretty good for breakfast.

The location is ideal for visits to Cambridge center.. A bus connection that leads directly to the center stops right outside the door. Breakfast was a treat. The selection is extraordinarily diverse for English standards.
It's something that the hotel can't change - unfortunately, water pressure is so low. It more looked like a trickle came out of the shower.

Had a nice one-night stay in a clean single room that had a comfy bed and decent storage. I enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and watching TV in the lounge. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. 🛏️

Very helpful staff. The room was absolutely fine for an overnight stay. Location was reasonable, requiring a bus trip and 20 minute walk to centre.

Staff excellent, good breakfast, room spacious and clean, good location,helpful information, good carparking, good reception area, to reiterate the staff could not have been better
I would not go as far to say as dislike, but digital TV would be handy and not much cost, and the shower was not very good
